THE READING GUIDE

Context before
conclusions.

A source tells you what was disclosed. Context tells you what that disclosure actually means.

01 / A person is not a portfolio.

Names help you navigate the index. Records belong to explicitly named owners: an institution, a person or a family member. An association with a fund does not establish who currently manages it or placed a specific trade.

02 / Historical, by definition.

We keep the record date, source publication date and collection date separate. A quarter-end position, a historical sale and a public statement have different meanings. Unknown quantities stay unknown. Transaction amounts are not remaining balances.

Reported market values are values at the source’s date, not current prices or purchase costs. We do not estimate profit or personal net worth. A complete source table is still not a complete personal portfolio.

03 / Trace the exact evidence.

Records link to specific source pages or filings. We distinguish original disclosures, first-person statements, media reports and aggregators. Reading an aggregator is not verification of the original filing. Access notes describe what was actually retrieved.

Charts use one owner, source table and date at a time. Source-provided weights keep their original denominator. We do not combine a person’s different entities or quarters into an allocation pie.

Regulatory context: SEC Form 13F FAQ and SEC data access policy .

04 / Collection is not publication.

Automatic collection creates drafts. Editorial review checks the owner, date, units, source context and reuse scope before approving and publishing an exact version. AI-assisted batches are independently checked by a second AI reviewer; the recorded reviewer identifies who performed the check. This is not an independent audit of a private account. Changed data creates a new draft; it cannot inherit the previous approval. Corrections and withdrawals retain an audit trail.

Our initial research includes partial historical records and complete tables from supported sources. Source access restrictions and parsing errors are logged; failed collection does not replace previously published data.

05 / Images have sources, too.

Portraits have individual credits and reuse metadata in the photo credits . Some portraits have open licences; others are source-attributed editorial references whose reuse permission has not been established. Each credit identifies the applicable status. Public visibility and attribution do not grant a general reuse licence.

06 / AI collection & accuracy disclaimer.

Content on this site is collected and organized by AI from publicly available sources. AI collection and processing may introduce errors, omissions, mismatched identities or outdated information. We do not guarantee the accuracy, completeness or timeliness of the information.

Check the linked original documents, named owner, reporting period and publication date before relying on any record or reusing it in your work. A public disclosure, historical transaction or statement does not establish a person’s current holdings or their complete portfolio. This site does not provide real-time account data.

All content is provided for general information and research only. It is not investment advice or a recommendation to buy, sell or hold any asset. Make your own assessment and seek qualified advice where appropriate.

If you find a possible error, suggest a correction with the record link and supporting source so it can be checked.
